Trudy is a 3rd generation Dual Champion in my line. She earned both her show and field championships honestly!! She has both National and State accolades and is one heck of a bird dog! BillyMac, four years her junior at only three years old, has already earned 9 placements, 3 of which were major gun dog wins, another of which was the 45min VCA Eastern Amateur Classic!
Nationally competitive bird dogs, hunting companions, family companions, or whatever they are asked to do, this litter will be ready to go! With lots of drive and desire to please or very happy snuggling on the couch/bed, we can’t wait for them to arrive!!

Trudy is a 3rd generation Dual Champion following in the footsteps of her mother Hailey and grandmother Maddy. She is an honest example of form following function. She is smart, beautiful and moreover, an amazing athlete. Very strong and determined, she doesn’t quit! She is bold and independent. She has an incredible nose and prey drive!
She matured nicely into a gun dog and has always had “all the tools” to be a nationally competitive gun dog. Nationally, she made the 2nd series at the 2022 Vizsla Club of America’s National Field Trial Championship. In the year of 2021, she was awarded Ohio’s Amatuer Gun Dog of the Year AND Ohio’s Combined Open and Amatuer Gun Dog of the Year!! Trudy ALSO finished #1 Nationally defeating more dogs, of any breed, in gun dog stakes than any other vizsla! Trudy’s consistency shows with placing in the ribbons in most of the stakes she entered. She currently has 51 placements. She loves to work and is a joy to be around!
In the house, Trudy is a snuggler. She likes to circle around and plant herself on your lap or just beside!!
BillyMac turned three years old on 3/17/23. He has spent two winters in south Georgia, the first as a Puppy/Derby dog, the second as a broke dog, learning to find wild birds and then how to handle them with style and polish. In between those two winters, he went out to North Dakota for the summer to work wild birds and learn to pattern ahead of the horse before coming home to be broke. (He has also successfully pointed woodcock in Massachusetts and quail and pheasant in Kansas.) In his first spring as a broke dog, he won a 3pt Open major and a 4pt Amateur major, as well as the inaugural 45min Eastern Amateur Classic (defeating at least two former National champions and one future one). With another Open major win in Spring 2023, he currently needs only retrieving credits to finish his FC and retrieving credits and points to finish his AFC. He is strong-running, stylish, attentive to his handler but, above all, a bird dog.
When not training, hunting and competing in field trials, BillyMac is a very happy dude being beside his owner Andrew.
